Contacted this morning, came out tonight. Even though only a very small job, he was extremely polite, on time, explained what he was doing and didn't create or look for extra problems so he could blow out pricing. Very happy customer here & would definitely recommend to others.
I contacted Jonathan after a missed appointment by another business. He organised an early appointment, and he arrived at my place 10 minutes before the set time. He was polite, efficient and tidy about his work. His service is much appreciated, and comes very highly recommended!
I sent 5 plumbers a txt on Saturday. Jonathan replied within 10 minutes no one else replied at all. I needed a dishwasher installed. He gave me a quote and that didn't change after he finished the job. He got straight in and did a great job. Really nice guy too. While he was at my house with his apprentice a call came through from someone looking for an apprenticeship he told the guy he would call him back in 30mins with the number of someone who might be interested which I thought was very nice of him.

If anybody is looking for a plumber I can recommend Jonathan. I had no idea who to call or rely upon as I have never needed a plumber until one of the Grandkids put a foreign object down the toilet. I called mid morning and Jonathan turned up as arranged on the same day. The service price was reasonable and I will be hiring him again in the future .
